Do you get the same speeds when you insert the SIM card into another device?
Yes is the same. I moved from Fido to Koodo 3 lines and same happens with all. Again Fido was more fast than Koodo and both are 4G
It is likely the Fido network is better in your area. Does it get better when you move out to another part of the city?
I did it and I feel is slow. I tested in my home and I live in the middle of the town in a good location and with Fido I didn't have problems of speed in any place but with Koodo is different.
Something funny I discovered is when I use Okta to measure the speed shows it used Telus and the speed is fast according them but when I use other speed tester that not use Telus as a server is slow.
Definitely I am not satisfied. Once Wayback Fido department will call me and offer a better deal than Koodo definitely I will come back with them. I have 3 lines and I moved during the Black Friday from Fido to Koodo

Speedtest results depends significantly on the server location and your location. Don’t expect the result to be the same when using different Speedtest. ookla Speedtest is often the better benchmark compared to the other.
Anyway, from your screenshot, the phone signal reception the best. Try to test it when you had full signal bar, the results will be better
