Every time I try and change perk or switch data plan I get an error I don't know why could really use some help!

Have you tried doing it on a different device and/or browser?

I've had the same plan for like a year 34 bucks/50gb @4g  just never have been able to select perk

Ok, the $34 20 GB plan is active, please restart your phone when you get a chance to make sure the changes come into effect.

We got the same error for the $0 Rollover Data perk, so I’ve summited a request for our team to add it on the backend, it should be added within 3 business days. 

As we've changed the plan mid bill cycle, the data will be prorated. Here is more information on that https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/proration

The auto-pay discount for the line will come into effect starting next bill cycle.

Why did I get signed up for 20gb/34$ and no rollover 

I wanted the 20gb/29$ with rollover

OKay then put it on the 50gb/34$ as that is a better deal please and rollover data.


As reflected in the screenshot you included, the plan is $34/month, $29 with the $5 auto-pay discount. The Rollover Data perk will also be added shortly, thank you for your patience in the meantime!
