im the primary account holder on the account, i pay for both numbers on the account, however everytime i check the plans, the secondary number always has better ones vs my own which are unavailable for me to select on my own number. why is this?
ive called in previously to have koodo match the plans and pricing which they normally do without issue but why should i have to do this every single time.
also why is it that while im the primary number and primary account holder, the secondary number gets all the promotional texts and alerts where i get nothing? ive called in before and had them change this but it never sticks
