Please help.  My phone was on seasonal hold as I am in Spain for 8 months.  I came home for Xmas and took off seasonal hold.  Now I cannot pit hold back on.  I am in Spain and cannot pay plan fees for 5 months while in Spain again returning June 2025.  I either need to downgrade plan or put back on seasonal or if no option cancel plan. Please advise

I think it happened because you requested 2 seasonal hold recently. They normally allowed you to do it one within certain time frame.  Let me flag a rep to look into it.

We could not identify an account based on the log in method used here. You can log out of the community and when you log back in, you can use the Self Serve log in method, like the picture:
