Hello,

 

I have an active account with Koodo, tried scheduling a call back on my other number since this one is having issues and I cannot get them to call me back.

I need Koodo to authorize a line port out and I only have 60 minutes to approve it but I cannot via my phone because my simcard is damaged.

 

How do I get hold of them or can someone here help me?

SIM swapping is a security issue. They normally ask you to contact with them directly to protect you. You would have to schedule a call back and ask a rep to assist


Thanks Dinh. They called me back and I had to verify my ID via the Telus/Koodo online platform and the port out was completed after verification.
