Hello,

Please confirm the recent changes to my plan without prior notice. After the Koodo connection issue in early October, my plan, which was previously $34, has been changed to $39. There was no compensation for the connection problem, and now the plan has been switched to a more expensive one. I request that my plan be reverted to the original rate.

Are there others experiencing the same issue as I am?
