I am leaving Canada permanently as of December 31st and would like to cancel all Koodo services starting January 2025. I have been trying to cancel my services, but I’ve encountered difficulties:
- The Self Serve platform does not seem to offer an option to cancel services.
- When I requested to cancel via Koodo Assist’s digital representative (“I want to cancel a line or an account”), I received a response stating, “We're busier than usual right now, and unable to get you to a rep at this time.”
May I know what steps I need to take to process the cancellation of my services and avoid any further charges?
