I changed my monthly plan back in August. Since then, every time I log into Self Serve I am prompted to Choose a Perk, but I get an error message when I try to do so. Could a Koodo rep please add the International SMS perk to my plan?

 

 

Absolutely. I’ll flag a rep to assist. You should expect it to take 2-3 busness days to take effect ATM.


Hi ​@TheMarchioness we’ve attempted to add the $0 Unlimited International SMS and MMS perk and we’re getting an error as well. We’ve submitted a request to have our team add the perk on the backend. It should be provisioned within 3 business days, thank you so much for your patience!
