There are 3 subscribers on my account.  One of the plans has been on seasonal hold for over 4 years.  I would like to delete/remove that phone number (subscriber) from my account as it was my son’s and he no longer uses it.  How do I do this?

You’ll have to use Koodo Assist to schedule a callback to cancel the line. I’m surprised it’s even been allowed on seasonal hold all this time. Just say cancel line or something to that effect on Koodo assist and it should give you the option to schedue a callback. If someone wants to use that number, then it can be ported out to another carrier or to stay with Koodo and spun off into its own account user requires a rep to do a transfer of ownership
