Got a call from a telus/koodo rep yesterday for a pixel 9 pro offer for 55/month with unlimited data etc.

The rep said to apply for a plan through the koodo site and that they would update the plan details after.

I’ve yet to see an update on the plan and this morning i got a call from koodo for shipping out the phone but it was an incorrect phone model. so the order was cancelled.

I’m wonder if there is a way to verify the plan offer if it still exists or to revert to my old plan

Are you an existing customer upgrading your phone?  Or are you a new customer?

Did you order the phone online or with the rep over the phone?


I’m an existing customer. Ordered online the plan and phone we were discussing wasn’t available through the online portal but they mentioned they’d update the order information in the backend


Did you get any contact info of the rep that contacted you?


I didn’t it was just a generic call center type number


Since the order was cancelled, you may need to follow up with Koodo and see if you can still access the offer. Do you know if the rep wrote notes on your file at the time?


When i was talking with koodo this morning the guy mentioned that he didn’t see any notes on my file


Then it looks like like you are out of luck.

If you want your old plan back, you need to request a callback again and explain to the rep what happened
