Based on the below post I raised 10 days back, I had a $29 plan with unlimited long distance perk in my selfserve. When I tried to change, the perk was not getting added and hence I raised the below post and requested call back from Koodo selfserve. When the Customer service called in, I clearly explained the issue that I was unable to change plan due to the website issue where the perk was not getting added even after i tried multiple times. The customer care agent did change the plan to $29. But in my bill i see an additional $15 as rate plan change. When the issue was on the website and I was unable to change the plan myself, these charges should be waived off. Can you please check this & waive off the rate plan charges in my account.

We have reviewed the account and based on the notes we can see the plan offered was available for new activation and the rep made an exception for the plan. As per the same note, the service fee couldn’t be waived since the plan wasn’t available for change in self serve.


Hello please check my earlier post which I linked in this post. I was having the same offer for $29 with unlimited long distance calling. when I try to add the perk i had the issue and raised a community forum here. later I also tried reaching the customer care and arranged a call back scheduled so when they called in they mentioned that they will be providing me the same plan again. I reach the customer care and ask them to enable this plan because I was not able to do it myself as there was a website issue which did not allow me to add the perk. so kindly review this and wave off the $15 for me
