Problem with Pick your Perk - screen removes "NEXT" button

I have tried 3 different browsers, with the same problem.  I choose “manage perk” then want to choose the free premium voice mail.  WHen I click on that, the NEXT button disappears...and the scroll bar to the right does not scroll down enough to find it.  So, it’s impossible to “pick my perk”.  I’ve tried on various days, so it’s not just a one-day outage problem.  Help!  I can’t find any on-iine CHAT or a way to call KOODO for technical support.  ANybody know the number?

Hi there @WendyDD  One of your numbers (5618) already has the Premium VM perk. Did you want to change the other numbers perk from Unltd International SMS to the Premium VM perk?
