On the prepaid $15 plan, do INCOMING calls have UNLIMITED minutes? (For example, I know if I call, I only have one 100 min, but if someone calls me on the prepaid $15 plan, are the minutes unlimited?

Yes, the current $15 prepaid plan offers unlimited incoming minutes:

Unlimited incoming calls
However Koodo changes the prepaid plans regularly and you will need to make sure that your plan is the correct one. If it mentions unlimited incoming, you’re golden. If not, wait until one day BEFORE your plan renews, then change to the current $15 plan.

Absolutely. As long as you are in Canada, incoming calls don’t count against your minutes.
