Hi everyone!
I’m a long time Koodo customer and have an exclusive plan offer that is better than my current plan and I would like to switch over. The only prerequisite that I can see is that you must be signed up for auto pay, which i have been for many years now. It gives me an error message says ‘add on not available’ and to ‘try again in an hour’ or ‘chat for for further assistance’. I have attempted to change the plan across the last two weeks, on different computers, on different networks, and I have attempted the chat and it proved unsuccessful and turned me around in circles. I don’t see any fine print about needing to upgrade my phone/tab.
If anyone can provide any insight to this situation I would greatly appreciate it. The offer ends in 5 days time, so if this also proves unsuccessful then I may end up calling support.
