Hi everyone!

I’m a long time Koodo customer and have an exclusive plan offer that is better than my current plan and I would like to switch over. The only prerequisite that I can see is that you must be signed up for auto pay, which i have been for many years now. It gives me an error message says ‘add on not available’ and to ‘try again in an hour’ or ‘chat for for further assistance’. I have attempted to change the plan across the last two weeks, on different computers, on different networks, and I have attempted the chat and it proved unsuccessful and turned me around in circles. I don’t see any fine print about needing to upgrade my phone/tab.

If anyone can provide any insight to this situation I would greatly appreciate it. The offer ends in 5 days time, so if this also proves unsuccessful then I may end up calling support.

Thank you for the speedy reply! This is the deal I mentioned in my post. I am also subscribed to the Steam+ through Koodo, but I am unsure if that would have any effect in this matter. Yes, I am following the steps as I have in the past and as outlined in the link you've attached.

How do people get exclusive plan offers? I’ve been with Koodo for a while, and I’ve never gotten an offer like this?


I’m not really sure, I’ve been a costumer for 13+ years but truthfully I don’t know. 


You would check your self-serve under the option to change ytour plan. These particular offers should be available. To get text messages or emails for promotional offers more directly, it should be on by default. If you like, I can flag a rep to confirm that you are on the list for offers. The offers you get will depend on your current plan and usage.

I have never gotten such an offer, and nothing even remotely close to the above is under my options right now. 

I am considering leaving Koodo so I would like to have some options. 
If nothing happens by Black Friday I’m going to PM.
