Good morning. I have been a Koodo customer for 8 years. I see there have been some who have been with Koodo even double that. I do not need the amount of GB for data that I currently have. However, the best I can get from Koodo is only $5 lower. I recently switched my partner to Koodo and it served as a good reminder that switching is quite easy. If there is a way I can get one of the plans for new customers, I am happy to stay. If not, I would gladly move to Freedom Mobile. Any suggestions or do I have to make the switch to save?
What price and data range are you looking for?
Have you checked your Self-Serve account to change your plan? There should be a few exclusive offers that may interest you.
I saw this offer when I was not logged in (new customer).
60 GB for $34/mo.
+ pick a free perk, like Rollover Data.
I don’t need 100GB of data at $60/M (my current plan). And the lowest I can get is $39/M, but I go from 5G to 4 G.
Another provider is offering $35/M for 50 GB on 5G. It’s much more in line with my usage as well as unlimited usage in Canada, USA, and Mexico. I am not sure if Koodo can match that. As I learned when I switched my partner to Koodo, the provider you are leaving finds those specials after a switch has been made. Perhaps something can be found for me then?
I feel like a switch may be inevitable but happy to be wrong. Switching is not that much of a hassle.

Yes I have. However, the best offer right now is with a competitor.
You can try to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist to speak with a rep and see if they can assist you. Note there will be a $15 fee for changing your plan over the phone. https://Koo.do/Chat
Thanks for that. Having lived in a rural and remote area, my options were limited. Now that I live in a big city, there are more options for phone and internet plans.
