I put my phone xxx xxx xx40 on seasonal hold in September 2024.  Unfortunately, I removed it when I came home for Christmas and have now returned to Spain and self-service will not allow me to put phone on hold again in same 12 month period.  I am in Spain now until June 2025.  Please let me know my options as I cannot pay for a pay I am not using for the next 5 months.  I prefer to put it on seasonal hold again until june 2025 or downgrade my plan if necessary.

Did you call in to place the seasonal hold and the rep told you that? You’re unable to put on seasonal holds from your self serve account.
