I previously posted that Pick your Perk was not working. I was told It would be added to my account (I want the Unlimited International SMS added) within 3 days. that was 14 days ago.
The wild thing is i cant even change my plan because it prompts you to pick a perk- which is not working. Seriously reconsidering switching services because of this.

You should still be able to change your plan by not selecting a perk and then getting it added later
I’ve been getting the same issue all day on two separate accounts (have tried using different browser, clearing cache etc. with no success). Tried to connect with an agent but it says there aren’t any available callbacks.

We could not identify an account based on the log in method you used here. You can log out of the Community and when you log in, use the Self Serve option, as shown in the picture below and we would gladly look into that for you:
Let us know when it is completed and please confirm which perk you are looking to get.
@Flo Koodo Thank you, I’ve logged in. On this account I wanted to add the Unlimited Long Distance Pack and I think it worked, but I could never get confirmation of this as I keep getting the “No perk selected” message, including when I try to manage my perks.

We can confirm the Unlimited long distance pack perk is active on this account (line ending in *56)
