Hi, I just came back from walmart after joining Koodo, the seller told me I could choose a free perk on the koodo website. When I go to the overview section, I see “Pick you perk includes a free features” and when I click on “Add now”, I see “No free addons available”.

I would just like to know if this a bug or if I’m just not allowed to get a free perk?

It can take a few business days for the account to update and the perk option will become available. 

We can add the perks from our side in the meantime. For each of the number you can select between the following perks. 

Premium Voicemail 

or

Unlimited International SMS and MMS

Let us know which one you want and for what number. Keep in mind that this is a public space so please share the last 2 digits only. 


Thank you for your answer. Would the rollover data perk be available to us? If not we would like to pick the premium Voicemail for both numbers ending in 62 and 78


The perks available are based on the plan, the two you can choose from are the Premium Voicemail or Unlimited International SMS and MMS perks. As the Rollover Data perk is not available, we’ve attempted to add the $0 Premium Voicemail perk for both lines and we’re getting an error as well. We’ve submitted a request to have our team add the perks on the backend. They should be provisioned within 3 business days, thank you so much for your patience!
