Hello Team

I changed my plan a couple of days ago and it has the unlimited long distance perk.

There is a message that says the perks are available and you can add them now.

When I try to add the perk ”unlimited long distance”, even though it’s selected, the next screen says “no perk selected”.

I have tried adding it on phone and desktop but no success.

Please help.

Are you sure you dont already have the perk added?


Hi @Jeetsra, it seems our colleague on social media submitted a form for the perk issue earlier today. It can take up to 3 business days for it to be added but we’re already seeing it on your account. Let us know if you can also see it in your Self Serve, thank you!
