I recently changed phones and plans on both lines under my account. Our previous plan and the current selected plan are eligible for a free perk and previously we had the premium voicemail selected. However, since changing our plans this feature is not working and when trying to re-select the perk at the “Pick your perk” screen, “Premium Voicemail” is checked off and says “Free”, but when I review my changes, it says “No Perks selected”. 

This is a common glitch.  Let me flag a rep for you
