I have the unlimited long distance pack enabled but cannot make long distance calls. It appears that the pay per use international long distance is also required. However there is no option in self serve to enable it. Am I missing something or can it be enabled a different way?

The Pay Per Use International long distance is also required to be able to make calls to international numbers.
We have added it for you, please restart your phone and let us know if you are able to make international long distance calls.
