Any time I try to buy ANYTHING in the self serve, when I try to check out, I get the "whoops" message

 

 

I've tried multiple browsers and multiple computers. Same symptoms on all.

 

Help!

Hi, sorry it took us a bit longer to get to you, it's a busy period and we're trying to help out as many customers as we can.

 

Unfortunately  the account was not authenticate with the method used to log in here and we cannot look into the details for you. 

Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies, log out and back in and test ? Also, the rate plan has to also be compatible with the TAB choice, can you test another rate plan, if you like the options, to see if it lets you go through ? 

Unfortunately, the forum wouldn't let me log in with the same account as my Koodo profile.

 

And I don't blame YOU for the speed of your service, I blame Koodo for a frustratingly awful method of helping people.

Tried different browsers 

Tried different computers.

 

Nothing. 

 

I'm on the big tab plan. I've already got my phone and it's activated on the big tab plan.
