Not getting what I paid for? Help??

I recently changed my plan to have 70gigs of data, since I’m using it often, but when I went to check to make sure I actually had the data, it’s telling me I only have 53gigs available, and that I’ve used 0.2 of it. Understandable, I’ve been using it because I can’t rely on my Wifi anymore, but I’m 100% certain I’m paying for 70 gigs of data and not 53, and I have 19 more days left in my current bill cycle. Am I missing something or will it just take a month for it to take affect?

Hi @Leto

When changing the plan in the middle of the billing cycle, data from the new plan is prorated until the end of the current billing cycle.

Once the new bill cycle starts, full 70GB will be available for use.
