I am looking at changing my plan.  At the “Pick your perk” screen,  “Rollover Data” is checked off and says “Free”, but when I review my changes, it says “No Perks selected”.  Will my current perk (Rollover Data) continue once I have changed my plan?

It might be a glitch. You could change your plan first then check the perk later. If there is no perk, you can re-add it.

It depends if your new plan is eligible with Rollover data. If it is, then you can proceed with the change for the plan and in case it doesn’t get transferred to the new plan, you can try to add it as ​@Dinh suggested.

In case you are unable to, please let us know and we will look into it. 


@Dinh and ​@Flo Koodo  My current plan has Rollover Data for free.  The plan that I would like to change to has 1 Free perk.  But when I choose the new plan and perk, it has the Rollover Data checked off as “free” and then there is a charge if I want to to buy any additional perks.  So, I guess this means that the only free perk that I could “choose” is the one that I currently have?  I mean, I don’t mind, as I like the Rollover Data...I just don’t want to change to a new plan and not have any perk at all.  Does this make sense?

@ellex2 if it’s the $39 60GB plan ($34 with autopay), yes this is eligible with Rollover data perk.

You can go ahead and change the plan and if Rollover data doesn’t get transferred to the new plan, please let us know.
