I have no. Access to Stream+ in my self serve page .
What exactly is your question? Do you wish to sign up for Stream+ or…?
I have signed up. Paid for 2 months. Called Koodo no answers. I got the emails to add my subscriptions but the links are dead ends on the self serve page .

Perfect when you figure it out just cancel it please.
If you go to your subscription tab, and manage your subscriptions, you should be able to cancel your stream plus subscription if that’s what you want to do.
Thats the problem i have no access to that on self serve .
Oh you meant complete deadends, not that you’re in but you can’t add subscription credentials. Once it’s resolved, you’ll have to cancel on your end in self-serve as I understand it, rather than making a comment here to close it.

If another e-mail address was used ( Different than the one in the Self Serve account), you would have to follow the instructions in that e-mail address to create the account for the Stream+ service. We have sent you a private message with more details. Feel free to respond whenever you have the time.
