New Stream+ package and Apple TV


I had the original Stream + package that included Netflix, Apple TV and Discovery+.

I recently switched to the new Stream + package with Netflix, Disney+ , Prime,

I have everything set up and streaming fine.

I'm in my new billing cycle and Apple TV and Discovery+ are still available to me. 

Will I continue to have access to these two streaming services?

@Petethebaldguy That is because you still have the original version on your account.  I would recommend to cancel that. You have Netflix in the new package so it doesn’t make sense to pay for it twice.  Apple TV and discovery+ for the price as prt of the old Stream+ package is not worth it.

We will soon have Apple TV as an a la carte serivce you will be able to add to the new Stream+ with additoinal savings.

If you didnt remove or cancel the old Stream+ then you will still have it.  They both have Netflix, so you are paying for it twice

When I look in self serve only the new Stream+ shows up in my subscriptions. 

I'll have to call.

@Petethebaldguy No need to call.  Where are you looking for the old version of Stream+?

Ah! I've got it now. 

The old Stream+ is under add ons and is included on the mobility bill. 

The new Stream + is a subscription and is billed directly to my credit card. 

I've cancelled the one with Apple TV now.

I just added the Stream+ 3 month promo to my account and took off the original Stream+ for $34 but now I don’t have access to netflix at all. Nothing comes up when I click on the drop down of the Stream+ - the only thing that shows is the Telus movies or something its called.

When i log into Netflix as well it says my payment method is no longer good.

Can you provide a screenshot of your subscription screen?

To confirm you signed up for Stream+ Basic with Amazon Prime?

 

I have both of these. I cancelled the Stream+ one that was $34 and then added the $10 Promo one. The Netflix and Apple logos dont appear in the drop down to activate them.

Try clearing your browser’s cache or trying a different browser to see if it shows up

Tried both of those,  still nothing shows up.
