I just bought a new phone and went onto a koodo plan while travelling (my previous phone died in the rain). The rep tried to sign me up to a free plan for 1000 oversees minutes, and his screen kept crashing, so he told me to go online to find the offer and get it there. I’m home now, and looking at my account, but can’t find that offer anywhere. Was he wrong is saying I could access it myself after?

He should have added that on to your plan. I would suggest you to schedule a callback on Koodo Assist and see if a rep can help you out with that. https://Koo.do/Chat

I scheduled a call and they put added the plan, so that was great.
