Hi! I went on seasonal hold on Oct 1, 2024 but need to switch back to a plan with Koodo at the earliest. Self-serve is not working and redirects me to “you cant choose a perk right now.” Chat function offers a call back which is not possible on a seasonal hold. Can a rep help me? This is a time sensitive matter. 

Which perk was it?

You could go ahead with the plan change without a perk selection. After the plan change, you can retry to add the perk again. If that doesn’t work, you could come back here and ask a rep to manually add it for you.
