Cant find stream plus under my add ons or anything in self serve. I just want to remove this subscription from my account so I am not getting billed $30 extra a month. If anyone knows how to remove this please let me know. Thank you.

We have managed to remove the Stream+ add on from your services and a prorated refund will apply on your next bill.
If you are interested in the new Stream+ Basic/Premium, which comes with Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, we have currently a great deal for existing Koodo Mobility customers: $15 per month for Stream+ Basic and $33 for Stream+ Premium, The savings are close to 40% compared with the regular price of those streaming services, purchased individually.
