Signed up for 4 lines on Friday, then cancelled all and reopened the same 4 lines with new plans yesterday.

 I’m now only able to see one line and that’s with the plan that was already canceled.

I can’t reach customer service by phone. Would someone from Koodo be able to help me check to make sure everything is fine?

What a messy situation. I just received the phones attached my cancelled lines even though the rep told me over the phone that they wouldn’t be delivered.

I don’t know what’s going on with my account and I can’t contact customer service.

What did you sign up for initially?  What was the new offer?

Was this initiated by you or did a rep reach out with a new offer?

I dont understand why the initial 4 lines needed to be canceled and then re-opened.
