I want to change my current plan into the $35 per month plan($30 with autopay). I can’t change my perk thus can’t change the plan i want. I want to change my old perk from international calling to international SMS. I talked to a koodo representative and asked them to change my plan midway already but i’m not sure if that’s the reason. Overall I want the cheaper $35 option($30 with autopay).

You could change your plan without changing the perk first. After the plan change, you could try to add the perk to the plan. If you still can’t do it at the time, you can come back here and ask a rep to manually add that for you.
