so i bought my koodo mins last night. i paid the 40$ that i put towards it and it shows on my account that its there but my phone does not work. please help me

hello and thanks for the reply. i am prepaid and have always gone to the same store where the man enters my phone # on his computer and 5 mins later i have data. i paid last night and my phone still has no data. i am feeling ripped off and not happy about this
