Koodo sucks! Every time I try to use Manage plan and add-ons, it fails. I got to Change my Plan, Choose Plan and Perks and I get the following error: 

“It looks like you can’t choose a Perk right now.

Please try again in an hour. If you still experience problems next time, please go to koodo.com/chat.”

It is so frustrating that in this day and age, something as simple as changing your plan doesn’t work. 

 

It appears to be a glitch. Which plan are you on?  and which perk are you looking for?


I am on a $55 70Gb plan. I want to switch to Canada-US$65 100Gb plan, I don’t really care about the perks.

Can you proceed with a plan change without choosing the perk? I think the perk selection was the issue.


I suggest waiting for Black Friday deals to go live before changing plans. You’ll very likely get the best price for the most data of the year then.
