Looking for Help to add thevoLTE addon in Selfserve.


The addon doesn’t seem available in my self serve.  Is there afix?

Correct. I think a rep at Koodo needs to add it for some reason..

I’m running a Galaxy S23 Ultra, so I imagine it’s compatiple.

No, it appears they are different. How can I privately provide my email?

You will need to create a new account with the same email addess as for your self serve login and log in using self serve (you wlll see the option in the community login page)

I double checked, it is indeed the same email used for both. I logged out, logged in self serve and then logged in community with the same email. TO confirm, I went to create a new account using my self serve email and it said it was already registered.
