Long time monthly customer with paid off phones (mine and my husband’s) I must upgrade our iPhone 5s to an iPhone 11pro, may I keep my same great Koodo plan 6GB/$40. I’d probably go mid tab, or would I have to pay full up front to retain my plan? Also would I just transfer the same nano SIM card from old to new phone? Thank you

Have you tried to upgrade yourself in selfserve, if you can do it there, then your plan is eligible. If not, you might have to change your plan to something else. Also, this link might help https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/Keeping-or-changing-your-plan-when-you-upgrade-your-phone
And Yes, the 11pro use the same nano SIM card.
