I am a prepaid user on the old $15/mth plan. I have a few thousand booster add-on minutes that I purchased. I want to change to the new $15/mth plan with the bonus 250MB data. Do I lose my current minutes or do they transfer?

As long as you don't let you base plan expire you'll keep your boosters even if you change base plans.
