It looks like you can't pick a perk right now

Hello, 

 

I changed the plan for one of the users on my account last week and it will not let me add a free perk. It says to try again in a hour but I have tried various times/days on multiple devices and it does not work. I would like to add the free premium voicemail perk to the phone number on my account ending in 25.

 Hi @Lawsons 

There is currently an issue that affects the ability to manage perks and this happens sporadically.  Once the issue is fixed, you will then be able to manage the perks in self serve

We have submitted a request for the perk to be added by the dedicated team in the backend. This will take up to 3 business days.
