It looks like you can’t choose a Perk right now.

When I want to change my perk. It kept giving this message:

  • It looks like you can’t choose a Perk right now. Please try again in an hour. If you still experience problems next time, please go to koodo.com/chat.
  • Its been months.

 

I want to change my perk to 5G Speed Boost.

We have checked the plan details and 5G Speed Boost is not available on the current plan.

You can choose from Unlimited International text messages, Premium Voicemai,  Unlimited Long Distance Pack and Rollover Data.

Let us know which one you would like to pick.

There is currently an issue that affects the ability to manage perks and this happens sporadically.  Once the issue is fixed, you will then be able to manage the perks in self serve

We have submitted a request for the perk to be added by the dedicated team in the backend. This will take up to 3 business days.
