It looks like you can’t choose a Perk right now

I’m trying to switch both my Wife’s and my lines over to the $34 plan for 50GB but when I go to select a Perk, it says “it looks like you can’t choose a Perk right now”. 

I see that this has been an issue for many people. 

Is someone able to complete this transaction for me or do I need to call in?

Which perk were you trying to add to your account? you could put a request here. There was an issue affecting some customer regarding the perk selection. A rep can put a request for the perk to be added here.

There is currently an issue that affects the ability to manage perks and this happens sporadically.  Once the issue is fixed, you will then be able to manage the perks in self serve

We have submitted a request for the perk to be added by the dedicated team in the backend. This will take a few business days.

I'm having the same problem. I wanted to pick the unlimited international SMS perk.
