With my recent upgrade, Self Serve is correctly showing “Pick your Perk”. I selected “Unlimited International SMS”, reviewed, and confirmed. It shows “Your plan has been updated” (also shown in the summary screen print below) 

But the plan is not really getting updated.  No email was received as well.

I have repeated this procedure several times over the last 2 weeks - no improvement (This issue was happening well before and after my recent changes to Add-Ons, so it is unrelated to Add On changes).

 

Can someone please assist and update my Perk selection in both my lines. Thanks,

Just to confirm...

In self serve when you view your plans, add-ons and perks, under the perk section, do you see no active perk selected?


I can’t see my current Perk at all. 

 

When I click “Manage Perks”, it takes me to 

 


In the previous screen when you expand your add-ons do you see any perk active?

Can you please confirm the last two digits of the phone number in question?

We can try to add it for you.


2 lines - 00 and 74 (both these lines have the same problem)


No ​@Dennis , I do not see an active Perk when I expand Add-On section.

We’ve tried to add it from our end, however it didn’t work, so we have submitted a request for the perk to be added by the dedicated team in the backend. This will take up to 3 business days.

We apologize for the inconvenience created! 


This issue is now resolved, I see Perk is now listed as an Add-on. Thanks for support.
