That sales guy said, i need to log onto app and then i will see 25gb. But, now i only saw 1MB through the app.
Also, just checked the agreement he sent, there is no place mention about data.
Honestly i didn't see any plan that is $20 for 25gb. That offer seems to be too good to be true.

then this is a fake plan, because sales told me it is a 25gb plan. I will need to report this. I have the sales name. I verified multiple times over the phone with the sales.

because he said on the aggrement it won’t mention, but he said when the sim card came and I register to the app, and I will see 25gb in there.

also there should be a voice recording for every call that sales representative with customers. You can check the recording I have sales name, you can check.

Yes, I spoke to a customer service rep, he said he can’t see any data with my 20 current dollar plan, and he changed plan for me, 30 for 27gb, waived plan change fee for me because it is not my fault of changing the plan. It is that previous rep using a fake plan to attract customers and increase his own sales.
That previous sale rep says it is 20 for 25gb and I will not be able see this through agreement at the time he sent me the email on Nov. 29th, but I will be able to see through selfservice that 25gb after receive sim card, which it doesn’t happen in this case. I have that sales rep name, could you let me know how can I send you his name, and you can also check our conversation recording which I believe everytime reps calls there is a recording on their side. If it is not that previous sales offered me this plan 20 for 25gb, my original plan was going to another carrier they offered 35 for 100gb 5g not 4g on Black Friday. Now because of this sales lying, I missed great offer and spent more time to deal with this issue.
