How does Stream + access internet? Does it run off my phone? How does it work if I want to watch it on my TV ? Is it connecting through my Apple box? Or do I need a separate internet provider to use the service?

+4It is just subscription just like when you sign up with them directly. So you can use it in any way you want and with any device/provider.
