Request supposedly to take effect on August 19, 2024

I have had Koodo internet since this past June, originally signing up for the Gigabit plan. In early August, I was clicking through changing the plan to the 300 Mbps one and it went through. I was not expecting this as I could not get any other buttons to work. As soon as I was able to, I requested to re-upgrade to the Gigabit again. This page has been all I’ve seen since. When I click on the “undo your pending changes” button, a blank pop-up comes up but does nothing. I want the Gigabit back, please help.

So you requested changing plan 2 times? Was it done in the same billing cycle? Internet support is limited in the forum though. You might have to schedule a call back and ask a rep to look into it
