My internet order got canceled before activation date without any reason. No email, nothing. I received the equipment and a few days later I got an email from Telus telling my that I requested to send the eqiupment back, which I never did. Can someone tell me what the freak is going on?

Was there any additional information in the email you received?

No, There was no email from Koodo, only from Telus saying that I requested to return the modem and the router. I have never contacted Telus. Also my money was refunded on my credit card . Absolutely no explanation.
