I had added the ‘$5 1000min International LD Add-on (CHN, HK, IND, UK, BD, MEX)’ add on and my account also has the International Data Roaming and International Voice Roaming added, but calls won’t go through to a UK number. I’m just getting the 13B1 error when I try saying international calling isn’t active on my phone. I’ve tried restarting, but no luck.

 

Is there anything else that needs to be activated or added first? I’ve seen some other threads mention needing the ‘pay per use international long distance’ add on, but this doesn’t come up on my add-on option page. Only the Long Distance Saver for another $5.

Did you put in the + sign or 011 before the country code?

I have the same issue … does a Koodo rep need to add the plan for you?  I already added the UK LD plan through self serve and restarted my phone.  Been two days now and still doesn’t work.


HI there, @Alex2000! We have added the Pay per use Intl Long distance option to your account, please restart your device and everything should be functional. You should also be able to see it in your Self-serve.

My wife is in the same boat - international calls to UK from Canada are blocked x 1 day, so far. Koodo agent please unblock it!

I’m in the same position - have the add on, but still can’t call the UK. Please can someone help. The chatbot can’t help and the earliest I can schedule a call is end of day tomorrow. There is no alternative way to reach out.
