I received incorrect roaming charges and incorrect usage charges. 

Hi ​@Dstamper if you’re referring to the $16 charge for Easy Roam on your latest bill, the charge was triggered by data usage while roaming. The $0.58 pay per use charge on the other line was triggered by data usage as well. You can also check the usage in your Self Serve account. 

The charges are valid but if you would like to dispute them further you can schedule a call-back through our Koodo Assist or send us a private message on Social Media via Facebook, X/Twitter or Instagram.
