My plan increase by $5 for seemingly no reason and this prompted me to realize it’s way too expensive. I can’t see what plans are available because I owe $264 on my tab. It seems more worth it to just pay that and get a way cheaper plan but again I cannot see my options. So asking here I guess since Koodo has no customer support and their AI chat thing is horrible. I am in Canada. I wish they just had normal customer support.

We have checked and we can see that there was a monthly $5 discount that you got with the last device upgrade, which ended with the January bill, feel free to check the PDF bill for more details https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/viewing-and-downloading-your-bills
All available plans for your line should become visible after paying off the tab. Please note that switching to an ineligible plan, will also trigger the tab bonus pay off. More about the tab bonus you can find here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/Tab-bonus
