I have tried updating my plan on various occasions and continually run into the Ice Cream Error message no matter what day of the week or time of day I try. We were able update my husbands plan with no issue.

I have seen a number of posts in the community from users experiencing the same issue. Why can some users make changes while others cannot?

I would like to move to the $65 (with $5.00 discount) 100GB plan with Canada-US roaming with data, talk and texts - Perk 5G speed boost.

Did you get a chance to attempt the rate plan change and skip the perk selection altogheder ?  Let’s give that a try and let us know here what perk you want to select and we can add it for you after the rate plan change. 


yes I have tried both ways (with and without a perk selection) and still receive the same error - I have also tried selecting different perk options as well and still receive the error.
