i need help changing my plan and perks

I’ve tried for day to change to the $55 plan with free perk of international long distance and the paid perk of unlimited international messaging for $3. Having a difficult time as an error code keeps coming up before finishing

@Woodyarm Just so we are clear, you wanted to make the international messaging your free perk and not have the international long distance one any more? 

Per our chat if you could share a screenshot of what plan you see on your end that would be greatly appreciated.

I want the long distance as my free perk and the messaging as the $3 add on.

This screen shot is still wrong. The total as we discussed should be $58 before tax

@Woodyarm Looks like you do have the rite plan and the right Perks in the order you wanted. The extra add-on charge is for something you added about a year ago. A US long distance pack for 1,000 min.  You can remove this now as you have US coverage via the perk.
