Hi,

I have ordered my phone plan with your company. I was offered a free perk selection from this plan. After I received the package and activated it last Friday, I tried to select the Perk for the plans. But It kept told me on line that I haven’t selected a Perk. The fact is I have select the Free international SMS already. Please tell me how do you fix the issues or What I can do on it? Thank you.

Have you tried re-adding the perk though? Even though you think you should already have it?
